Job summary

Avena Recruitment is assisting a Canadian community pharmacy and medical clinic in Ontario to find an experienced Pharmacy Manager. Position Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pharmacist looking to take the next step into leadership while working toward long-term partnership.

As the Pharmacy Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while delivering exceptional patient care, supporting and developing your team, expanding clinical services, and driving the continued growth of the business.

Working closely with ownership, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of the pharmacy. This position offers more than a traditional management role, providing a structured pathway toward partnership and long-term ownership for the right individual.
