Job summary

Willowgrove Pharmacy Regina is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our team in Regina, SK. You will lead dispensing operations, ensure vaccine preparation and storage, and maintain compliance with privacy, OH&S, and provincial standards.

The role emphasizes patient and physician relations, workflow optimization, and strong communication. Experience with budgeting or business proposals is an asset, and longterm care experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year as a practicing pharmacist.
• Licensed and in good standing with SCPP.
• Strong sense of professionalism.
• Superior patient and physician relation skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and performance management skills an asset.
• Experience streamlining workflows and improving processes is an asset.
• Experience with budgeting and creating business proposals is an asset.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Working experience with Kroll Pharmacy dispensing software an asset.
• Longterm Care experience preferred but not essential.
