Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for Medlandia Pharmacy in Maple Ridge, BC. The role leads a pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care and oversees regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, and clinical services.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.

• Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures.
• Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development.
• Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.
• Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.
• Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes.
• Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control)
