This position reports to the Director of Pharmacy Operations and is responsible for receiving, preparing, and delivering prescriptions accurately and timely. Ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet patient needs, and counseling patients with appropriate documentation. Provide friendly, positive, and proactive interactions with all internal and external customers, create awareness, and educate customers through public relations. Supervise, guide, and direct staff, with accountability for the financial and operational success of the department.
