Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and gather prescription information according to Standards.
• Refer to the pharmacist all clinical inquiries and set wait-time expectations.
• Process prescriptions, maintain cash register, and ensure confidentiality.
• Adjudicate third-party billing and manage related accounts.
• Assist in prescription preparation and data entry per company standards.
• Maintain and file documentation according to Pharmacy Standards of Practice.
