Sobeys Inc. in Alberta is seeking a friendly, reliable Pharmacy Assistant to join our national pharmacy team. You will support patient-centered care with accurate prescription processing, data entry, and everyday pharmacy operations.

Desired candidates hold a Pharmacy Assistant Diploma; prior pharmacy experience is an asset. You should have excellent attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Pharmacy Assistant Diploma required.
• Previous pharmacy experience is an asset.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Adhere to and implement all company standards.

Responsabilidades

• Prescription assembly – data entry.
• Process customer transactions (receive and release prescriptions).
• Receive in-person and telephone refill requests and record deliveries.
• Promote Profile programs.
• Compounding and Pill Pack Assembly.
• Filing prescriptions, ordering and replenishing supplies, cleaning.
• Drug order creation and receiving.
• Schedule professional clinical services (e.g., medication reviews, disease state management).
• BTC management.
• Administrative duties: cycle counts, narcotic counts, return to stocks, etc.
• Assist with other pharmacy operations as required.
