Job summary

Sobeys Inc. is seeking a friendly and professional Pharmacy Assistant to join our national pharmacy team across Canada. You’ll help with prescription assembly, data entry, and customer interactions, contributing to patient-centered care and community health.

Preferred is a Pharmacy Assistant Diploma; prior pharmacy experience is an asset. You will support operations, maintain accuracy, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy diploma or certification as required; preferred Diploma in Pharmacy Assistant.
• Previous pharmacy experience is an asset.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble prescriptions accurately.
• Process customer transactions and handle prescription intake and processing.
• Receive in-person and phone refill requests and record deliveries.
• Promote patient services and profile programs.
• Assist with compounding, pill packaging and filing prescriptions.
• Keep inventory up to date and support other pharmacy operations as needed.
