Job summary

London Drugs Limited in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Assistant to support pharmacists and the Pharmacy Manager in daily operations.

You will handle customer service at the front counter, cashier duties, telephone inquiries, and assist in processing prescriptions while maintaining inventory control. Teamwork and accuracy are essential.

The role offers flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and a comprehensive benefits program consistent with our retail pharmacy standards.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills when dealing with customers, staff, & management.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a high level of enthusiasm.
• Ability to relate to all levels of customers and their needs.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Ability to work as a team player and have a team approach
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous Pharmacy experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacists with daily operations and front counter service.
• Process prescriptions and prepare prescriptions.
• Manage pharmacy inventory and order drug orders.
