Job summary

CareRx Corporation in Lethbridge seeks a Pharmacy Assistant L2 with Kroll software experience to support a group of LTC homes and retirement communities. You will assist with medication preparation, packaging and deliveries, while aiding daily operations per Pharmacy Standards of Practice.

Qualifications

Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or certification from an accredited program is preferred but not required.
Excellent working knowledge of Kroll and eMAR systems.
Competency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Enter new prescriptions and client information in Kroll Pharmacy software.
Process refill prescriptions in Kroll Pharmacy software.
Respond to nurse phone inquiries with strong customer service.
Conduct third-party adjudications for prescription billing.
Ensure adherence to order cut-off times for timely tasks.
Deliver prescription labels to production ahead of delivery times.
Seek guidance from registered pharmacists for complex situations.
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
