The role requires a High School Diploma and a Pharmacy Assistant diploma or equivalent training, with preferred prior pharmacy experience. You will assist with data entry, patient counseling facilitation, and daily workflow under pharmacist supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispensing prescriptions and pharmacy services according to Standards.
• Refer to the pharmacist all clinical inquiries and ensure confidentiality.
• Manage prescription data entry and workflow per Pharmacy Standards of Practice.
• Answer telephone and coordinate callbacks with the pharmacist.
• Maintain documentation and assist in keeping the dispensary organized.
