A leading healthcare institution seeks a Pharmacist to provide medication distribution and drug information services. Responsibilities include interaction with healthcare professionals and participation in the Pharmaceuticals and Therapeutics Committee. Candidates must have a Baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy, a Part A License from the Ontario College of Pharmacists, and prior hospital experience. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. This is a temporary full-time position for up to 9 months.

Job Outline:
The Pharmacist will be responsible for providing medication distribution, drug information and education services to patients and staff in a traditional dispensing system. You will be involved in interacting with other interprofessional team members and patients to determine the most appropriate and effective course of treatment for patients and implement interventions in accordance with the standards of practice for the discipline.
