Job summary

Pharmasave Gordon Drive is seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Pharmacist to join our patient-focused community pharmacy in Kelowna, BC. This role offers collaboration with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Hours: Mon–Fri 9am–5:30pm, Sat 9am–2pm, closed Sun. BC Pharmacist License in Good Standing required; injections and OAT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BC Pharmacist License in Good Standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC.
• Authorization and experience administering injections and vaccines.
• OAT training and experience dispensing opioid agonist therapy.
• Experience in seniors' care or addiction medicine is an asset.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication management and patient counselling skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standard of customer service and patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
• Counsel patients on medications and monitor therapy.
• Maintain accuracy in billing and audit processes.
• Work closely with the pharmacy owner to gain management experience.

Pharmasave Gordon Drive is looking for a Part-Time or Full-Time Pharmacist to join our patient-focused community pharmacy. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the pharmacy owner to gain valuable management experience in an independently owned pharmacy, while collaborating with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Hours of operation are 9am-5:30pm Monday through Friday, 9am-2pm Saturday, and closed Sunday.
