• Clinical Leadership: Provide expert pharmaceutical care with a focus on accuracy and patient safety in a high-volume, mail-order environment.
• Tech Orchestration: Navigate our digital ecosystem (Kroll Paperless, G-Suite, Slack, our in house app, Shopify, UberDirect, and PrescribeIT, etc.) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Workflow Innovation: Work with PACMED strip packaging for compliance patients and manage autonomous workflows in tandem with our mobile doctor partners.
• Special Projects: Beyond the bench, you'll contribute to B2B integration projects and process improvements that keep us at the cutting edge.
• Soft Skill Mastery: Communicate with patients and partners with a level of empathy and efficiency that sets the gold standard for digital care.
• The Credentials: Licensed (or eligible for licensure) with the OCP in good standing.
• The Tech Stack: You don't just "use" Kroll; you master it. Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Shopify is a major plus.
• The Vibe: You are "tech-native." You understand that digital platforms like GoToConnect and UberDirect are the lifelines of our service.
