You will oversee workflow and inventory, ensure privacy and confidentiality, and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional patient care and service.

Qualifications

• Independent thinking and decision making in pharmacy operations.
• Plan, coordinate and delegate assignments and provide coaching to Pharmacy colleagues.

• Familiarity with Pharmacy systems and computing tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide counselling on prescriptions and over-the-counter products.
• Dispense medications and ensure accuracy of all prescriptions.
• Practice within regulatory/legal requirements and confidentiality standards.
• Manage workflow queues and inventory in the dispensary.
• Coordinate with health care professionals to support patient care.
• Maintain records as required by legislation and policy.
