Job summary

Neighbourly Pharmacy, Port Perry Remedy's Rx in Port Perry, ON, is seeking a Part-Time Pharmacist. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered clinical services, including medication reviews and chronic disease management, and includes administering vaccines and immunizations.

You will counsel patients on prescriptions and OTC products and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize outcomes. Injection certification is required, and you must be licensed in good standing with the Ontario

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage.
• Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned.
