Job summary

Pattison Food Group is hiring a Pharmacist at our Campbell River, BC location. The role involves dispensing, patient vaccinations, inventory management, and ensuring regulatory compliance at 400-1400 Dogwood Street, Campbell River.

The pharmacist will provide patient-centered care and clinical services, including medication management and health screening, in a fast-paced community setting. The ideal candidate holds a Canadian Pharmacist license in good standing, has injection certification, OAT

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in Canada in good standing.
• Injection certification.
• Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT).
• Proficient with pharmacy software; Kroll preferred.
• Ability to assess, plan, and apply clinical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day pharmacy operations including dispensing, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations.
• Maintaining inventory within the pharmacy.
• Ensuring compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, policies and procedures.
• Staying current on trends in the pharmacy industry by keeping up with new medications and clinical opportunities.
• Offering private consultations to patients with a patient-centered care approach.
• Providing clinical services including medication management and health screening.

Job description

We are hiring for a Pharmacist at our Cambell River location. This position will contribute to the success of the store by demonstrating our company mission of Always Customer First and embodying our core values of Service, People, Innovation, Fun, and Integrity.

We have a full-time pharmacist position (32 to 40 hours per week) available in our Campbell River, British Columbia location at 400-1400 Dogwood Street, Campbell River, BC. The hourly wage is $61.00 - $64.00.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day pharmacy operations including dispensing, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations.
• Maintaining inventory within the pharmacy
• Ensuring compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, policies and procedures.
• Remaining current on latest trends in the pharmacy industry by keeping up with new medications and clinical opportunities.
• Offering private consultations to our patients while maintaining a patient-centred care culture.
• Providing clinical services including medication management and health screening

You have:

• Your Canadian Pharmacist license and are in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists
• Your injection certification
• Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll
• Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completed mandatory training when required
• The ability to assess, plan and apply clinical knowledge when required
• Additional training or certifications (considered an asset)
