Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact resolution for a high volume of calls.
• Provide outstanding customer service with adherence to program requirements.
• Assess needs and resolve issues promptly, with appropriate follow-up.
• Respond to inquiries related to program eligibility and general questions.
• Meet KPIs required by the MSI Contract.
• Provide operational support to Provincial Programs as needed.
• Follow NS Department of Health and Wellness policies and privacy guidelines.
• Document processes related to provincial programs.
