Job summary

Teva Canada is seeking a Packaging Operator in Scarborough, Ontario. You’ll operate packaging equipment, follow GMPs and SOPs, perform basic setup, troubleshoot machines, and ensure products are packaged safely and accurately to high quality standards.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. You will work on day or afternoon shifts, join a team that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, and contribute to ongoing

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of pharmaceutical experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with high-speed machinery.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety procedures (OH&S Act, WHMIS).

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment per the Master Packaging Order (MPO).
• Follow EH&S policies, GMPs, and SOPs/WIs/JAs.
• Perform basic equipment setup and program batch info.
• Troubleshoot equipment and fine-tune processes.
• Inspect finished products and document accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized packaging area.
• Support OPEX initiatives (OEE, SMED, Kaizen, 5S).
