Job summary

Pet Valu in Bay Roberts, NL is seeking a Keyholder to support daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will handle cashier work, assist with merchandising, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

Requirements include at least 2 years in retail or customer service, proficiency with POS systems, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Flexible availability, transportation, and possibly a driver’s license are needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Working knowledge of POS system.
• Outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from the store.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Cashier and customer sales.
• Preparing merchandise orders, banking and other paperwork.
• Stocking and organizing shelves, handling small items up to 50 lbs.
• Store maintenance: sweeping and cleaning tasks.
• Open/close the store following procedures.
• Collaborate with Managers and ACEs on daily goals and tasks.
• Other duties as required.
