Job summary

Premium Retail Services (Canada), Inc. is seeking a Pet Ambassador for a one-off event in Ontario, with training and in-store activities across multiple stores. You will engage with pet parents, demonstrate products, and share pet-health information, aiming to boost brand awareness and sales.

Applicants should bring a passion for pets, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 40lbs. Training will be provided, and potential future opportunities with Royal Canin may arise.

Qualifications

• Be a pet enthusiast with care for pets, pet health and nutrition.
• Access to reliable transportation to get to and from multiple stores in your area.
• Experience working with pets is preferred but not required.
• RVT, AHT, BSc or MSc in the pet field is preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Tidy and face client’s products on shelves and ensure POS material is set up for visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and pet parents.
• Share pet health and nutrition information including benefits and promotions to help increase recommendations and sales with guidance from the client.
• Build brand awareness and affinity by engaging with pet parents and their pets in-store and at events.
• Delight customers with personalized product recommendations for their pets and set up demos/displays as required.
