Job summary

Premium Retail Services (Canada), Inc. is seeking Pet Ambassadors for a one-off in-store event on Saturday, Oct 24, 2026. The shift is 9 hours total: 3 hours training, 1 hour pre-event call, 5 hours in-store, with potential future Pet Ambassador opportunities with Royal Canin.

Represent a leading pet brand, enjoy flexible hours, engage with pet parents and their companions, and receive ongoing training. Eligible participants must be 18+, capable of lifting up to 40 lbs, and have reliable

Qualifications

• Access to a smart device for reporting.
• Experience working with pets (preferred).
• RVT, AHT, BSc, or MSc in the pet field (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Tidy and face client's products on shelves and set up authorized POS materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with store associates, management, and pet parents.
• Provide store teams with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge to drive recommendations and sales.
• Build brand awareness by engaging with pet parents in-store and at events.
• Delight customers by sharing pet health information and making personalized product recommendations.
