Job summary

Abell Pest Control Inc. is seeking a Pest Technician who will be trained on the job and compensated with a base salary plus commission and bonuses.

You will guide extermination processes, manage routes, and engage customers to grow the business on-site across Greater Napanee and surrounding areas. The role requires a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and willingness to obtain an Applicator's License.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sales experience is an asset.
• Willingness to obtain Applicator's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for the best extermination processes for infestations, including pesticide use, traps, and other pest control methods.
• Establish contact with potential customers to create new business opportunities.
• Follow safety procedures and product instructions when using fumigants, pesticides and spraying equipment.
• Manage schedule and route to ensure timely service.
• Address customer needs and optimize their program on-site.
