Rentokil Terminix is recruiting an experienced Operations Manager in Halifax, NS to lead and develop a team of service technicians while driving revenue growth and client satisfaction. The role involves occasional inter-provincial travel to support regional coverage.

You will mentor staff, ensure outstanding service, and partner with sales to grow the business, while managing daily operations and reporting on performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service.
• Pest control management experience required.
• Must pass pre-employment background screen.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record search.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of pest control technicians to deliver superior service
• Direct staff in operations, service and client care
• Oversee basic financial performance including revenue growth and expense control
• Travel within territory to meet clients and support sales/biz dev
• Maintain a flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends
• Submit weekly, monthly and yearly reports
• Monitor and adjust schedules for efficiency and quality control audits
