Compass Homecare is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) with open availability for casual/part-time shifts in the Greater Toronto Area. The role offers 3–12 hour shifts, mornings through weekends, with a base wage of $20.00 per hour plus a $3.00 wage enhancement where applicable.

PSWs report to the Client Services Coordinator and are responsible for delivering high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes, in accordance with individualized care plans and established standards of practice.
This is a casual/part-time position with flexible scheduling based on client needs and staff availability.
