Compass Homecare in Toronto is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) with morning availability for a casual/part-time role. The position offers 3–12 hour shifts across mornings, days, and weekends with a $20.00 hourly wage plus a $3.00 wage enhancement where applicable.
Responsibilities include personal care, ADLs, meals and medication reminders, light housekeeping, companionship, and documentation. The company provides orientation, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing development.

PSWs report to the Client Services Coordinator and are responsible for delivering high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes, in accordance with individualized care plans and established standards of practice.
This is a casual/part-time position with flexible scheduling based on client needs and staff availability.
