Job summary

HealthOPM staffing agency is recruiting Personal Support Workers (PSWs) for casual shifts within a long-term care home in the Brantford area. We're looking for dependable PSWs who enjoy supporting older adults and can provide flexible availability, particularly for weekend coverage.

Location: Brantford area, ON. Start ASAP. Pay: $21.00/hour. Assignment location: Brantford Area, Ontario.

Qualifications

• PSW certificate required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Vulnerable Sector Check and health documentation.
• Reliable transportation to Brantford area.
• Flexible casual availability, including weekends.
• Start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, personal care, dressing, grooming and activities of daily living.
• Support mobility, transfers, repositioning and mealtime needs.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Follow resident care plans, infection-control practices and safety procedures.
• Provide respectful, compassionate and resident-centred care.
