Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Casual Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team. The PSW will provide essential care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
• Administer medication according to prescribed instructions.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring dietary preferences are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Engage in meaningful interactions and companionship with clients to promote emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic care.
• Document client care activities accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
• Respond to emergencies or changes in clients' conditions promptly and appropriately.
• Provide respectful and dignified end-of-life care when necessary.
