VON Canada is seeking a Personal Support Worker to deliver in-home, person-centred care across assigned clients. You will support daily living, assist with personal care, and help clients remain independent in their own homes while traveling between visits.

As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you'll use your training to provide person-centred care, support daily living, and help clients stay comfortable and independent in their own homes. You'll travel between clients' homes throughout the day, making every visit matter. Bring your skills to where they're needed most!

This role requires a detail-oriented approach in a dynamic environment, with physical activity including lifting, carrying (using proper techniques), bending, reaching, kneeling, and other movements that emphasize good body mechanics. Individuals in the role are required to walk, sit, stand, and climb stairs throughout the day, with some tasks requiring fine hand movements.
