Job summary

Amica Erin Mills in Mississauga is hiring Personal Support Workers to join our Resident Care Partners team. This casual, on-site role covers all shifts with a focus on creating meaningful moments and delivering respectful, person-centered care.

As part of Amica Senior Lifestyles, you will support residents with daily activities, light housekeeping, dining assistance and engagement. Candidates should complete PSW program, or be nursing students or internationally certified nurses, and hold First

• Graduate of a recognized Personal Support Worker program.
• Currently enrolled in a nursing program or internationally certified nurse.
• Must be able to complete Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Must have First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping, engagement and dining support to residents.
• Deliver personalized care aligned with Amica's care standards.
• Support residents and families with daily activities and mobility as needed.

• You are one of the following: a graduate from a recognized Personal Support Worker program, currently enrolled in a nursing program or an internationally certified nurse.
