Job summary

Amica Peel Village is seeking a Personal Support Worker in a casual role to provide compassionate care to residents at our Senior Living community in Canada. The position offers flexible shifts and the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

As a Resident Care Partner you will support activities including light housekeeping, engagement, and dining assistance. Candidates may be PSW graduates, nursing students, or internationally certified nurses, with

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and apply on the job.
• Graduate from a recognized PSW program or currently enrolled in a nursing program or internationally certified nurse.
• Ability to complete the Vulnerable Sector Check.
• First Aid and CPR certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Resident Care Partners services including light housekeeping, engagement and dining support.
• Form meaningful relationships with residents and their families through personalized interactions.
• Support residents in a wide range of daily activities in a compassionate, respectful manner.
