Qualifications

• Must have either PSW Certificate or be nursing students, or International Educated Nurses or Health Care Aide.
• Previous hands-on experience providing personal care to clients is preferred.
• Must have a recent Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Valid First Aid/CPR Certificate is considered an asset

Responsibilities

• May include assisting individuals with daily living such as personal care and hygiene (e.g., toileting, bathing, feeding), light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, nutrition, shift reports, and activity plans.
• Maintain complete and confidential information for each individual supported.
• Provide social/emotional support to clients and their families, delivering care with kindness to seniors.
• Accompany clients and assist with walking, exercise, and mobility
