Job summary

Qualicare Mississauga is seeking compassionate Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our home care team. You will provide personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship under the guidance of the Care Coordinator to meet client needs.

We offer shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours with flexible scheduling, PPE provided, and ongoing opportunities to build relationships with clients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Qualifications

• PSW certificate or equivalent required.
• Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain.
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray as required.
• Ability to travel around the location territory and access to internet/mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and accompany clients on outings.
• Assist with medications and documentation as needed.

Qualifications
