Job summary

Carecor Health Services is seeking dedicated Personal Support Workers to support clients in the Greater Toronto Area. This on-site, part-time position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to contribute to meaningful, person-centered care across diverse settings.

You will provide daily living support, personal care, mobility, nutrition, and social engagement while working with a nursing team to ensure safety and independence for clients.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist technology-dependent clients with daily routines and personal care needs.

• Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate from a recognized institution.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex medical needs, developmental disabilities, and/or technology-dependent care is an asset.
• Experience providing personal care, mobility assistance, nutrition support, and activities of daily living.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (or ability to obtain one).
• Demonstrated commitment to person-centered care, professionalism, and safety standards.
• Current member of HSCPOA (Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority) preferred
