Job summary

SE Health is hiring Full Time Personal Support Workers for Community Care in Toronto West, Downtown and East York. The role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus, great benefits and coverage of mileage and travel time. Join a team dedicated to compassionate care and mobility support for clients in our community.

Qualifications

• Valid PSW certificate from an Ontario institution.
• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle to use for work daily.
• Willingness to drive to Toronto West, Downtown and East York.
• Immunization requirements: MMR, Varicella, TB, Tetanus.
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC).
• CPR Level C certificate and First Aid.
• Availability to work days 7am–3pm, evenings 2pm–10pm and every other weekend.
• Physically demanding role with lifting up to 55 pounds.

Qualifications accepted to work as a PSW

Valid Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) from an Ontario institution.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license and vehicle to use for work daily is required
• Must be willing to drive to all areas (Toronto West, Downtown, East York)
• Meet Immunization requirements – MMR, Varicella, TB, Tetanus
• Current vulnerable sector check (VSC)
• Current Standard CPR level C certificate and First Aid
• Availability to workdays 7am-3pm, evenings 2pm-10pmand every other weekend. Must be willing to have flexible schedule.
• This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fifty-five (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement
