Job summary

SE Health is hiring Part Time Evenings and Overnight Personal Support Workers to provide community care in Markham and Richmond Hill. SE Health offers competitive rewards, mileage reimbursement, and uniforms while you deliver essential care to clients in their homes.

Qualifications accepted to work as a PSW

• Valid Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW)
• RN or RPN
• Nursing student (2 clinical placements completed)
• Valid Developmental Support Worker Diploma
• Foreign trained healthcare professional - Nurse

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license and vehicle to use for work daily is required
• Must be willing to drive to all areas across North York boundaries
• Meet Immunization requirements – MMR, Varicella, TB, Tetanus
• Current vulnerable sector check (VSC)
• Current Standard CPR level C certificate and First Aid
• Availability to workevenings 2pm-10pm, nights 11pm-7am and every other weekend. Must be willing to have flexible schedule.
• This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fifty-five (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement
