Job summary

CHATS is seeking a compassionate Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our Assisted Living team in Richmond Hill. You will support older adults in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life while living safely in the community.

The role requires a PSW certificate, valid First Aid/CPR, and a Ontario driver’s licence with access to a vehicle. English communication and teamwork are essential as you travel within the community to provide care.

Qualifications

• PSW Certificate required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle required.
• Experience supporting seniors in a community or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
