We're seeking a compassionate caregiver for an 86-year-old couple in Oakville. The husband has dementia with progressing symptoms over the past six years. He requires reminders for daily activities, medication management support, and supervision due to occasional wandering. He uses a walker outdoors and has experienced falls. While he can feed himself independently, tremors make mealtimes challenging. He remains mobile and his English comprehension is strong, though Punjabi is his comfort language.
His wife, also 86, serves as his primary caregiver but faces increasing mobility challenges herself and walks with a cane. She manages household duties but would benefit from support and companionship. Both parents are homebound and would greatly benefit from structured activities and outdoor engagement.
Afternoon visits, 2 times per week, 3 hours per visit (6 hours weekly total). Consistent weekly schedule to establish routine and familiarity. Flexibility to adjust as care needs evolve.

Mother has limited mobility and uses a cane. Father uses walker outdoors and has history of falls. Two adult sons live in the home. Caregiver should help establish structured daily routine to prevent sundowning and sleep schedule reversal. Father still reads well in English but Punjabi is comfort language.
