Job summary

SE Health is hiring 1 Part time DAY Personal Support Worker (PSW) for Community Care and Respite shifts in London and surrounding areas. A $1500 sign-on bonus is offered with strong benefits and staff perks. You must have a PSW certificate; RN/RPN or nursing student options are considered as well.

Valid driver’s license and vehicle are required. Salary range is $21.70–$24.20 per hour. Mobility, travel time and uniforms are provided, along with a supportive team and ongoing training opportunities

Qualifications

• Valid Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW).
• RN or RPN.
• Nursing student (2 clinical placements completed).
• Valid Developmental Support Worker Diploma.
• Foreign trained healthcare professional - Nurse.

Qualifications accepted to work as a PSW:

• Valid Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW)
• RN or RPN

Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license and vehicle to use for work daily is required
• Meet Immunization requirements – MMR, Varicella, TB, and Tetanus
• Current vulnerable sector check (VSC)
• Current Standard CPR level C certificate and First Aid
• Availability to workdays and every other weekend
• This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fifty-five (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement
