• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including skin, hair, and oral care, bathing, toileting, and peri-care
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, including special diets as outlined in the care plan
• Provide light housekeeping and companionship to promote comfort, safety, and quality of life
• Support independence and meaningful daily routines in home and community environments
