Job summary

ParaMed is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to assist patients at home and in community settings across Midland, Orillia, Muskoka, and surrounding areas. You will provide ADL support, meals, housekeeping, and companionship while promoting dignity and independence.

A PSW certificate, drivers license, and Vulnerable Sector Check are required, with opportunities for growth and leadership. ParaMed offers comprehensive benefits, training, and a signing bonus, with competitive per-visit pay

Qualifications

• Must hold a PSW certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living: skin, hair, oral care, bathing, toileting, peri-care.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks per care plan.
• Provide light housekeeping and companionship to promote comfort and safety.
• Support independence and meaningful daily routines in home/community settings.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and their families through compassionate care.
