ParaMed is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our home and community care team in Ottawa. You will support patients with daily living activities, promote independence, and help them stay comfortable in their homes.
You will provide ADL assistance, light housekeeping, meals, and companionship, while following care plans and maintaining dignity. A valid PSW certificate and a valid driver's license are required, with travel across the area.
Job Description As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) you will be an integral part of the home and community care team. You will support, encourage and provide independence for patients in their homes and community settings by assisting with activities of daily living.
Rate: up to $21.97/visit
Mileage: $0.45/Km + Paid Time Travel
