We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Personal Support Workers (PSW) for Community Care.

$3000 sign-on bonus + great benefits and a supportive team

Return of Service (ROS): $10,000 for recent PSW graduates in exchange for a 12-month commitment to work full-time in a long-term care home or within the community.

Qualifications accepted to work as a PSW:

• Valid PSW Certificate, RN or RPN, Nursing student (with clinical placements), Developmental Support Worker Certificate, or foreign-trained healthcare professional.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle, CPR Level C, immunization record, vulnerable sector check, availability to work days or evenings including weekends.
• Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting up to 55 pounds.

To be eligible for the PSW ROS:

• Completed an Ontario PSW training program on or after April 1, 2023.
• Started employment between April 1, 2023, and March 31, 2026.
• Committed to 12 months of full-time employment.
