Job summary

Kilgour Bell Insurance in Winnipeg is seeking a Private Client Manager to join our Personal Lines team. You will build strong client relationships, provide personalized insurance advice and manage personal policies from new business through renewal.

You’ll also handle MPI/Autopac transactions, review renewals for coverage gaps, write home, condo, tenant and auto policies, and maintain client records in Applied Systems EPIC while supporting a collaborative office culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in personal lines and/or Autopac within an insurance brokerage.
• Level 1 Agent/Broker Licence required; Level 2 Licence and IWS Certification are assets.
• Strong knowledge of MPI/Autopac and personal insurance products.
• Excellent communication, organization and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Applied Systems EPIC and Microsoft Office.
• A proactive, client-first mindset and commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients with professionalism and care.
• Process MPI/Autopac transactions, renewals and driver licensing accurately and efficiently.
• Review renewals, identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Write new home, condo, tenant and auto policies, along with travel and watercraft coverage.
• Maintain accurate documentation and client records in Applied Systems EPIC.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative office environment.
