Account Manager – Personal Lines Account Manager

Location: Markham, ON

A well-established independent insurance brokerage in Markham is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join their Personal Lines team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Client Management: Handle your own portfolio of clients, offering personalized advice and solutions that match their needs.
  • Client Relationships: Provide excellent service by helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions.
  • Policy Updates & Renewals: Manage renewals and updates, ensuring all client information is accurate and current.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in a brokerage setting within personal lines insurance.
  • People Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Detail-Oriented: Organized and attentive to detail to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
