About the Role - All Insurance Ltd is looking for a Personal Insurance Sales / Account Manager to join our busy personal lines team. This is a hybrid role, where the successful candidate will work with our new business team and service team. The position is 100% in-office.

Responsibilities

• Quote and close new personal lines business that comes in by email, phone, or referral.
• Provide customer service over the phone, by email, and in person.
• Maintain client files within the broker management system (Applied Epic).
• Review renewals.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• A valid Level 1 Insurance License in Alberta is required.
• A valid Level 2 Insurance License in Alberta is an asset.

Required Skills

• Previous work experience with an insurance broker in a personal insurance sales / service role.
• Experience with Applied Epic and Applied Rating Services.
• The successful candidate will be required to pass the Level 2 license exam within 12 months of hire.
