About the Role - All Insurance Ltd is looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join one of our busy commerical lines teams that specialize in transportation.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer service over the phone, by email, and in person.
• Creating certificates and pink cards.
• Maintaining client files within the broker management system (Applied Epic).
• Reviewing renewals.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• A valid Level 1 Insurance License in Alberta is required.
• A valid Level 2 Insurance License in Alberta is an asset.

Required Skills

• Previous work experience with an insurance broker / company in a commercial service role is required.
• The successful candidate will be required to pass the Level 2 license exam within 12 months of date of hire.
• Time and workload management
• Ability to work effectively on a team and individually
• Previous use of insurance company portals
• Training will be provided as required.
