We are looking for a Personal Insurance Advisor to join BrokerLink at our Flin Flon, Manitoba branch on a Permanent (FT) basis.

Role Responsibilities:

• Serve ongoing client needs, advise on insurance, conduct needs assessments, recommend solutions, answer inquiries, conduct care calls, and process renewals
• Sell new policies, retain existing clients, and grow the book of business
• Handle MPI Motor Vehicle & Driver License Issuing
• Coordinate with underwriters and adjusters
• Prepare documentation, complete applications, issue certificates, process changes, and review renewals
• Manage customer payments, deposits, and petty cash
• Stay current on underwriting rules and workflows
• Participate in training and community marketing initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

• High School or Post-Secondary education
• Insurance experience preferred but not required
• Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one
• Epic system exposure is an asset
• Strong customer focus and multitasking skills
• Analytical, organizational, and communication skills
