What You’ll Do

  • Learn each client’s unique financial situation and craft insurance strategies tailored to their goals
  • Recommend appropriate solutions such as term, whole life, and universal life insurance based on real needs
  • Educate clients on broader financial topics like retirement planning, investing, and risk management
  • Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust, integrity, and personalized support
  • Maintain organized records and manage your sales process efficiently
  • Meet and exceed your sales targets while always staying compliant with regulations
  • Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to deliver timely, relevant advice
  • Identify opportunities to provide added value through related financial services

What You Bring

  • Active LLQP license and legal eligibility to work in BC or Manitoba or Saskatchewan, or Quebec, or Nova Scotia, or New Brunswick, or Prince Edward Island or Yukon or Newfoundland
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in life insurance or financial advisory services
  • A consultative approach with a strong track record of client success and sales performance
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport and trust
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital workflow tools
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to recognize cross-selling opportunities
