We are looking for a Personal Insurance Advisor to join BrokerLink at our Creighton, Saskatchewan branch on a Permanent (FT) basis.

Role Responsibilities:

• Serve ongoing client needs, advise on insurance, conduct assessments, recommend solutions, handle inquiries, conduct care calls, and manage renewals
• Sell new policies and retain existing clients
• Handle SGI Motor Vehicle & Driver License issuing
• Coordinate with underwriters and adjusters
• Prepare documentation, complete applications, issue certificates, and process policy changes and renewals
• Manage customer payments and petty cash
• Stay updated on underwriting rules and processes
• Participate in training and community marketing initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

• High School or post-secondary education; equivalent skills considered
• Previous insurance experience preferred but not required
• Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one
• Experience with Epic is an asset
• Strong customer focus and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills
