Job summary

BrokerLink Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for the Personal Insurance team in Calgary, AB. You will support a group of Account Executives with Home & Auto insurance, manage incoming paperwork, and help write new business while updating client files.

You will collaborate with PI Account Executives, maintain strong customer relationships, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. This on-site role runs 35 hours weekly, 9:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Must hold AIC General Insurance license Level 1.
• Industry accreditation such as CAIB or CIP is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of P&C Personal insurance is required.
• Prior Account Manager experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with prompt service, advice, and help understanding insurance.
• Receive and process all Personal insurance paperwork.
• Assist with quotes, write new business, review coverage, and update customer files.
• Prepare documentation for insurers and complete applications.
• Process endorsements, invoicing, and payments follow-up.
• Communicate with insurers, negotiate with underwriters, and follow up on claims status.
